PhD student Sofie Troest Kjeldsen is awarded with best poster presentation

PhD student Sofie Troest Kjeldsen was awarded the prize for best poster presentation at the Danish Cardiovascular Academy’s annual summer meeting in Nyborg, Denmark. The Danish Cardiovascular Academy brings together Denmarks experts in cardiovascular disease research. More than 50 PhD students including medical doctors and veterinarians, presented a poster with their latest research within the field and were graded on the graphical design along and oral presentation.

Sofie presented her latest research on the equine pulmonary veins as a part of her PhD investigating triggering mechanism in atrial fibrillation.
